By studying supernova (SN) shock interactions, physical key parameters such as the circumstellar matter (CSM) density, the mass-loss rate of the progenitor, and temperature of the outgoing and reverse shock can be studied as a function of time. Monitoring of X-ray SNe have allowed us to map the CSM density structure out to large radii (>E18cm) from the sites of the explosions, and to probe the mass-loss rates over significant timescales (10^4 yrs) in the progenitors stellar wind history. Our proposed program will extend this already successful effort by observing known (SNe 2006bp, 2004dj, 1998S) and new (SN 1997eg) X-ray emitting SNe in different stages of their evolution.
