We show that in an axion GUT model, the introduction of ∑ba, a complex 24 representation of the Higgs field, provides not only a way of making the axion superlight and hence essentially invisible, but also allows for the generation of a large baryon asymmetry of the universe by the decay of color triplet ∑ fields into lighter Higgs bosons.
