Graviton creation in an expanding universe is studied. Following the
work of Parker, we calculate explicit expressions for the Bogoliubov
coefficients α and β as functions of time, valid in the
high-frequency limit and for an exponentially expanding phase of the
universe. The power spectrum of the created gravitons is investigated.
