High-frequency oscillations of atmospheric transparency were detected during the monitoring of variable stars. A high-speed two-channel photometer was used. The sequence of power spectra following step by step in 1.024 s interval exhibits short-lived variations with very low coherence time. Oscillations with frequencies in the range from 0.8 to about 10 Hz were detected. The amplitudes are up to 0.1 mag in U band for nights with low photometric conditions.
