Universe Expansion Rate, 3K-Radiation Source

Observational data, strengthening the version that the 3K-microwave radiation of the Universe is originated from discrete sources, are considered. By this version there was no gravitational condensation at any stage of the Universe evolution and each phase of the development was a process of space structural modifications during transformation of the matter from a more dense state to a less dense one. In such evolutional hierarchy of the Universe, the origin and development of quasars represent an essential link of galaxy formation-development level, where quasars represent the early evolutionary stage of galaxies
