We use data from MOLA and MOC as input into a numerical model the
formation of a channel formation on the flanks of Elysium Mons, Mars.
Calculated lava volume is 33 - 36 cubic km, flow rate 5000 to 15000 m/s,
and the eruption lasted 26 to 80 days.
