Numerical simulations of disrupted meteoroid motion through atmsophere
allows to reproduce crater strewn fields on Venus and Earth, but not on
Mars. The majority of multiple and irregular craters are created by iron
projectiles, although this type of impactor accounts for <10% of the
total flux.
