The X-ray spectra of H-like and He-like iron ions from a solar flare observed by Hinotori satellite, taking into account a possible contribution of high energy electrons is analyzed. The time behavior of the relative densities of iron ions was calculated for a plasma of non-equilibrium ionization in the presence of suprathermal electrons of a few percent fraction. This model can reproduce the time evolution of the H-like and He-like spectra consistently.
