This report covers three baseline instruments: a Wide-Field Imager (WFI) for deep-survey pointed observations and two Narrow-Field Instruments (NFI)1 and 2) for follow-up observations with high efficiency and high spectral resolution. The cryogenics systems required for cooling these NFIs to sub-Kelvin temperatures are also described. The core document finishes with recommendations to ESA for the technology developments required for the mission.
