This report presents the details of the WFPC2 observations planned to maintain and improve the instrument calibration during Cycle 8. The total spacecraft time required for the calibration is 73 external pointed orbits and 2892 internal orbits (occultation periods). This estimate does not include any calibrations associated with the planned servicing mission (SM 3a) in October 1999; the SM 3a plan is currently under development and will be presented at a later date.
