This program calibrates the DQE of the WF and PC chips. There are
exposures of popular filters on both omega cen and a uv standard to
relate wfpc magnitude system to synthetic photometry approach, as used
by RSDP. There is also a fine sweep in wavelength with the PC to obtain
a good DQE curve and identify filter anomolies.
