We describe results from a weak lensing survey of a complete, X-ray luminosity-limited sample of 18 nearby (z<0.1) southern clusters scheduled for Sunyaev--Ze'dovich (SZ) observations by the Viper telescope at the South Pole. We have collected data and produced mass maps of 1/2 of the sample. Using multiple images, we have shown the reproducibility of weak lensing measurements of the mass distributions in such clusters. We are combining these mass distributions with X-ray data, optical redshifts, SZ observations, and other high-quality ancillary data to study the baryon fractions, morphologies, and form robust measurements of the mass of these clusters. These are first steps in determining the local cluster mass function, a fundamental goal of cosmology, used to constrain the cosmological model and Ω 0.
