The Wave function of the universe with an O(3) invariant inhomogeneous
3-space metric, called the de Sitter-Schwarzschild metric, is calculated
under an appropriate boundary condition in the semi-classical
approximation. The calculated result suggests that the quantum birth of
the inhomogeneous universe cannot be disregarded.
