Cosmological variation of the fine-structure constant (α) depends on the redshifts of quasars. Using the emission (absorption) systems in the spectra of distant quasars, we investigate the effect of the cosmology variability in the value of the fine-structure constant (α) dependent on the redshifts of quasars during the evolution of Universe. We obtain optical spectra of fine-structure transitions in [NeIII], [NeV], [OIII], [OI], and [SII] multiplets from a sample of 14 Seyfert 1.5 galaxies in the low-z range. 0.035
