In 1981 a joint Swiss-Dutch program was initiated to obtain photoelectric photometry in the Walraven VBLUW system for F-G stars in fields of the Basel halo survey. The aim of this project is to determine temperature, surface gravity, and metal abundance for these stars in order to study the distribution of the average stellar metallicity as a function of distance from the galactic plane up to z-distance of about 1 kpc. This paper presents the VBLUW data for 112 program stars in Selected Area SA141 at the South Galactic Pole, 93 stars in SA94 (l = 175°, b = -49°), and 46 stars in SA107 (l = 6°, b = +41°).
