Fast photometric obsaervations of the intermediate polar 3A0729+103 are reported. Strong optical pulsation at 913.48 sec, which is the spin period of the white dwarf, is detected along with an orbital modulation at 3.24 hr. The beat period pulsation is absent in this system. An improved pulsation period of 0.01057278 is derived. The spin-up rate is - 4.8 + or - 4.3 x 10 to the -11th day/day. The absence of the beat period indicates that reprocessing of X-rays by the atmosphere of the companion star does not occur in this system.
