The measurement of VLF phase and amplitude recordings were made at a frequency of 22.3 kHz, during a solar eclipse. The phase and reflection height are analyzed and it is found that they increase gradually after the initial contact; total change in reflection height was found to be 5 km. Attention was given to amplitude variation and the ratios of negative ions to electron density.
