The paper presents a theoretical assessment of the interference effect of the radio-propagation medium on the accuracy of determining the interference frequency during the reception of signals from several Venera spacecraft by an interferometer with a baseline of 7000 km. An analysis is made of the effects of the ionosphere, troposphere, and interplanetary and circumsolar plasma on VLB interferometry for distances of (1-260) x 10 to the 6th km at a wavelength of 32 cm. The plasma is found to have a strong effect at 32 cm.
