The visualization and analysis of Pioneer-Venus radar-altimetry data were carried out by the Intercosmos Council of the Soviet Academy of Sciences in collaboration with NASA. This paper briefly describes the representation of relief in the form of a three-dimensional graphic, the two-dimensional representation of the surface in oblique illumination, the representation of the relief in an axonometric projection, and the stereoscopic representation of the relief. A morphological description of the images is given.
