The Very High Energy (VHE) gamma ray generation due to inverse Compton scattering of relativistic electrons and positrons on soft thermal emission of a neutron star is discussed. Due to observations of Crab region there are no doubts that particles can be accelerated to energies of about 10 to the power of twelve eV near radio pulsars. Spectra and light curves of Crab, Vela, and Geminga are estimated. Comparison with observations is presented. It is shown that the periodically pulsed flux of TeV emission from the Crab pulsar is considerably smoothed in comparison with the signal in softer emission.
