Results of calculations of the spectral characteristics of solar-activity indexes, cosmic-ray intensity, geomagnetic activity, and storm activity during 1945-1982 are presented. A 2-40 month delay of all the processes with respect to solar activity is noted, the value of this delay being different in different solar cycles. A long-term modulation of relatively short-period variations (from 3 months to 2 years) of all the solar-activity characteristics considered is observed. The three-month and quasi-biennial variations are modulated with a period of 22 years while annual variations are modulated with a period of 11 years.
