The paper examines characteristics of the ionosphere-plasmasphere fluxes, taking into account conditions at both ends of the field tube. A possible mechanism is presented of occurrence of a latitudinal change in electron concentration in the outer ionosphere for 30-50 deg geomagnetic latitudes. It was shown that concentration of charged particles in the plasmasphere undergoes significant daily and latitudinal variations under conditions of high and medium solar activity.
