MAXI/GSC has detected an X-ray activity from the Be/X-ray pulsar V0332+53, starting with one-day averaged 4-10 keV X-ray flux of 25 mcrab on 31 December, 2009 (MJD 55196). It reached 39 mcrab on 3 January, 2010 (MJD 55199). We also detected the previous outburst of one orbit (34.25 days) before on late November 2009, reported by Krimm et al. (ATel #2319), and the current flux is comparable to those intensities.
