V-band observations of the recently identified microquasar V4641 Sgr
are reported On JD2451724.5, we detected a decrease of brightness of
about 0.1 mag in this band over a time scale of 3.5 hours. Variability
on shorter time scales, with amplitude above 0.02 mag, was not detected
