We present scalable programmable quantum circuit schemes to simulate any given real unitary by setting the angle values in the circuit. This provides a fixed circuit design whose angles are determined from the elements of the given unitary in an efficient way by benefiting from the decomposition of a uniformly controlled network. In addition, the quantum complexity for the circuit is almost the same as non-general circuits.
