Scientific paper

From the simple electromagnetical cosmology which is consistent with
recent observational results, it is suggested that the dark matter
mainly consists of roughly equal proportions of nucleons and neutrinos,
and that for long-distance scales an apparent paradoxical small
expansion age applies as observed.
