A modified Tera-Wasserburg U/Pb concordia plot which takes care of initial disequilibrium of radioactive daughter nuclides has been applied to date discordant torbernite samples from Höhenstein (northeast Bavaria) to 137 +/- 11 ka (lower intercept) and 66 +/- 27 Ma (upper intercept). The secondary U/Pb-age is supported by the 230Th/234U disequilibrium age of 132 +/- 4 *ka.
