Photoelectric observations, in B and V, of AT and AZ Cam have been analyzed with the Wilson-Devinney method. For AT Cam, the eclipse at the primary is found to be total, even though the inclination is only 83 degrees. For AZ Cam, it is a partial occultation, with an inclination of 81 degrees. Both systems are found to be detached, but each of them is only separated by less than the radius of the large component. In both cases, the low mass components almost fill their Roche lobes. It is suggested that these systems are evolved close binary systems, and they have probably gone through the normal case A phase of binary evolution where, after mass loss, the loser is detached from its Roche surface and the gainer has evolved through the core hydrogen-burning phase.
