A method is proposed for determining the frequency of a magnetic field line from spectra of the H and D components of geomagnetic pulsations recorded at the base of this field line. In addition, a method is proposed for determining the meridional distribution function of the resonant frequencies of magnetic field lines from amplitude spectra of the H component of pulsations recorded simultaneously at two points of the meridian.
