Traveling ionospheric disturbances (TIDs) of different temporal and spatial scales were observed in the thermosphere at heights of sporadic-E-layer formation in the midlatitude ionosphere (90-120 km). The parameters of large-scale and medium-scale TIDs are presented in the form of histograms. The connection between these TIDs and the propagation of internal gravity waves in the lower thermosphere is noted.
