The thermal and electrical conductivities and the shear viscosity of dense matter when the ions form a liquid have been calculated. Effects of ionic correlations are included by use of results for the liquid structure factor of the one component plasma obtained from numerical simulations, and screening of the electron-ion interaction is taken into account. At densities so high that screening is unimportant the results for the thermal and electrical conductivities agree to within about 10 percent with earlier ones by Yakovlev and Urpin (1980). Electron effective mass and vertex corrections are also estimated.
