We describe a case study of a CME observed first on the Sun by Yohkoh, then at 1 AU by WIND, 5 AU by Ulysses, and 60 AU by Voyager 2. This event has classic features of a CME at Earth and Ulysses, but by the time it reaches Voyager 2 at 60 AU the enhanced helium abundance gives the best identification. We described the evolution of this CME and compare the observations to results of an MHD model. The model does well at predicting the width, timing, and features of the CME at Ulysses but not as well at Voyager 2, where the CME has become incorporated into a merged interaction region.
