A new set of homogeneous Wesselink masses for 101 classical Cepheids is derived, as well as new evolution and pulsation masses for a subset of 52 stars with known luminosities. A detailed comparison and discussion of the different mass determinations shows that, within the uncertainties inherent in each of the methods, there is satisfactory agreement over the entire range of Cepheid pulsation periods. In particular, there is very good agreement among the evolution and Wesselink masses. Theoretical masses of Cepheids as defined by Cox show reasonable agreement with the evolution masses.
