We discuss the form of fermion resonance in case of the parity
nonconservation. The obtained resonance factors and corresponding
$\gamma$-matrix projectors differ from the naive Breit--Wigner form. For top
quark with SM vertex, however, the resonance factor returns to the standard
form because of $\Gamma/m\ll1$.
