A class of exact solutions of the higher dimensional Einstein field equations for static fluid spheres is presented. The solutions are higher dimensional generalization of the well-known class of solutions first obtained by Tolman (1939) in four dimensions. The solutions can be matched at the boundary with the higher dimensional analogue of Schwarzschild's exterior solution.
