A tip/tilt off-load function from AO188 deformable mirror mount to
Subaru telescope infrared secondary mirror has been implemented and
tested. The function is effective to reduce the influence of strong
background pattern at thermal infrared wavelengths. We describe the
function and report the test results in this paper.
