Solar cycle 23 is the first cycle to be fully and continuously sampled by modern helioseismology experiments. This talk will present results from the analysis of global measurements from SOHO/MDI and GONG, focussing on torsional oscillation evolution, tachocline variations, polar accelerations, the extended solar cycle, and short time scale evolution.
