X-ray diagnostics for applications to plasma physics and astrophysical applications is reported. We model the spectral lines arising from the Kα complex of Helium-like ions, arising from the four transitions 1s2s (^1P^o_1, ^3P^o_2,1, ^3S_1) --> 1s^2 (^1S_0) (w, x, y, and z respectively), as well as dielectronic and inner-shell satellite lines of Lithium-like species under both collisional (`coronal') equilibrium and non-equilibrium, time-dependent conditions. Work is also in progress on adding in a background photionizing source for modeling radiative and collisionally ionized plasmas. The latest results of these efforts for the Iron and Oxygen Kα complexes will be presented.
