The paper presents an analysis of the contribution of a traveling ionospheric disturbance generated by a magnetospheric disturbance to the angular and Doppler characteristics of radio signals recorded on a radio line of latitudinal direction. Particular attention is given to a large-scale disturbance propagating from the north, which was found to be dominant in the reflection region.
