Three-plasmon processes in a relativistic, highly magnetized electron-positron plasma are analyzed. The matrix elements and the growth rates for decay instabilities are found. The spectrum resulting from the interaction of waves in the decay of a high-frequency plasma wave into a plasma wave and a low-frequency electromagnetic wave is calculated. The results may prove useful for interpreting the emission of pulsars.
