A synoptic description is given of observations performed on a survey basis at Pic-du-Midi Observatory since 1944 for monochromatic measurements and, since 1964, for K-corona studies. The stability of the Pic-du-Midi photometric system for monochromatic measurements is first studied, once the intensity scale has been transformed in order to eliminate a small nonlinearity near the origin. A comparison with data from other observatories is given. The same care is given to K-corona measurements, and three synoptic maps are drawn based upon annual averages which cover three solar cycles for monochromatic measurements and one cycle for the K-corona.
