We study the formulation of statistical mechanics on noncommutative classical
phase space. We construct canonical ensemble theory in noncommutative phase
spaces. We consider for illustration some basic and important examples in the
framework of noncommutative statistical mechanics such as Ideal Gas, Extreme
Relativistic Gas and 3-Dimentional Harmonic Oscillator.
