The present paper describes the results and performances obtained during the cryo-video-vacuum test of Planck Telescope within Alcatel premises in January 2004. Within the scope of the Planck QM telescope performance verification program, videogrammetry measurements have to be performed in the large thermal vacuum facility. These measurements are specified by CONTRAVES SPACE (CSAG) in the frame of the ESA Herschel Planck program. The main purpose of these measurements is to perform a thermo-elastic test in order to correlate the mathematical model of the telescope structure computed by CSAG. This document describes the method proposed to reach the required accuracy (< 30 μm), from the data acquisition to the analysis in the Telescope coordinate system , including the targets location, the influence of the test tools in the final accuracy. Although this document is not a course on videogrammetry, some basics of mathematical photogrammetry are given to fix the parameters involved in pure video measurement. The mathematical and numerical analysis performed by the software and the expected accuracy from an error budget study are also presented. The last part of the article presents the facilities, the item and the measurements during the test.
