X-ray wavelengths, Auger energies, transition rates, and fluorescence and Auger yields are calculated for doubly excited states of helium-like neon with configurations nl nlarcmin. The values of n and narcmin considered range from 2 to 4 with all allowed values of l and larcmin. Computations have been performed in the intermediate coupling scheme with inclusion of configuration-interaction effects.
