The Generalized Interacting Stellar Winds model can account for a wide variety of features associated with bipolar outflows in YSO's, PNe, and LBV's if one includes possible time-dependent variations in the mass loss rate, wind velocity, and asphericity. This talk will review some of the salient features of the GISW model, survey the characteristics of bipolar outflows that can be produced by purely hydrodynamic processes, and examine the three-dimensional structure of such bipolar flows.
