Thermal Deformation, Zernike Mirror Fitting

Scientific paper

The Infrared Solar Telescope with the aperture of 1m at Chenjang in Yunnan province is a multi-purpose and multi-band solar telescope, the thermal deformation of the primary mirror of the telescope is directly related to the optical precision of the system. The establishment of the optics-machine-thermotics analysis method can directly get the effect of the thermal radiation on the optical system and open the door for assessment of the effect of the thermal deformation on the optical system, and allow to determine whether the optical components can meet the requirement for use at the design state.
