Tearing mode instability in the neutral sheet of a neutron star accretion disk is studied, where the plasma makes a Keplerian motion in the accretion disk and flows into the accretion disk continually from an outside source. The result is used to explain the burst mechanism of the rapid X-ray burst source MXB1730-335. The rise time of the burst, its energy, the time interval between two bursts, and the proportionality in the energy of consecutive bursts are fairly explained by the mechanism.
