Relationships between the surface-brightness parameter and dereddened
color indices (B-V)0 and (V-R)0, as well as between the bolometric
correction and the effective temperature, are constructed using data on
the physical characteristics of 228 stars with Teff greater than 4700 K.
Simple analytical expressions are obtained for these relationships.
