Our proposed Super Huge Interferometric Telescope uses affordable
off-the-shelf components and low-cost turnkey adaptive optics with laser
pointers for guide stars. This array of 5800 AstroscanTM
telescopes (whose colour is ideal for infrared observations) offers a
new paradigm in interferometry.
