Results of UBV photometry and absolute fluxes in the eleven brightest emission lines, relative emission line intensities and relative continuum (λλ4100 - 7400 Å) energy distribution are presented. The distance to the nebula in the O'Dell scale is estimated to be 15 kpc. Large value of the z-coordinate and deficit of O, Ne and Ar indicate that DDDM 1 may belong to the halo population.
